The grace period for your appointment is 15 minutes. After 15 minutes late, please be advised this is a missed appointment. Out of courtesy for the following patients, we will not be able to start after this time.
24 hour cancellation policy will be strictly enforced with no exceptions inside 24 hours. 
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee

Online Scheduling

  • Return Patient: Follow-up Treatment (50 min) $120
    Return Patients: Standard return visit procedure takes 35-50 minutes. Have you already visit us before? You are a return patient.

    Insurance Patients: You may use FSA, HSA, and receive superbills at request, to allow you to self-claim for reimbursement. Admin reports/Med Necessity forms/Notes additionally required is not included, as we do not participate in network and cannot perform the office hours required to attempt to claim reimbursement.

    Includes all and any combinations of our modalities. No additional fees required. This appointment is for the person named, and is not transferrable without prior authorization by the practitioner/ clinic beforehand. Please contact us directly if changes are necessary.
  • New Patient: Examination & Treatment (60 min) $225
    New Patients: Includes evaluation and full acupuncture treatment. First visit can take up to an hour. New patients to the clinic must select this option. For your first visit only, full payment is required to reserve your appointment. 24 hour cancellation policy will be strictly enforced with no exceptions inside 24 hours. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will not be reimbursed.
    An email with instructions will follow. For anyone who has never visit our clinic before, select this option only for the first visit only. You will not be able to book appointments unless you are an existing patient with our clinic and have contacted us directly. You may not make appointments for friends, if you have a family member you would like to refer as a new patient please contact directly.
